Unit Kerja Terkait<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:upper-roman\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unit Layanan\/Unit Pelakasana Teknis\/Lembaga\/Fakultas\/ Program Studi yang ada di lingkungan Universitas Respati Indonesia (URINDO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>II. Tujuan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:upper-roman\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Memberikan panduan sistematis dalam menangani gangguan server untuk meminimalkan waktu henti (downtime) dan memastikan layanan kembali normal secepat mungkin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>III. Ruang Lingkup<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:upper-roman\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seluruh aktivitas penanganan gangguan pada server fisik, virtual, dan layanan yang berjalan di lingkungan infrastruktur TI organisasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IV. Definisi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gangguan server: Keadaan saat layanan tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya (lambat, tidak bisa diakses, error).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Downtime: Waktu ketika sistem tidak bisa diakses oleh pengguna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recovery: Proses pemulihan server\/layanan agar kembali normal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:upper-roman\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V. Uraian Prosedur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pengguna melaporkan adanya gangguan sistem\/server melalui pesan elektronik (email\/chat) ke UPT TIK.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ka. UPT TIK menerima laporan dan melakukan analisis awal untuk memastikan jenis gangguan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ka. UPT TIK mendisposisikan laporan kepada staf teknis untuk dilakukan pengecekan teknis lebih lanjut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staf UPT TIK mengakses layanan\/server yang dilaporkan untuk memverifikasi apakah benar terjadi gangguan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jika gangguan terkonfirmasi, staf melakukan troubleshooting dan memberikan estimasi waktu penyelesaian kepada pengguna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setelah penanganan selesai, staf melaporkan hasil troubleshooting kepada Ka. UPT TIK.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pengguna diberi informasi bahwa gangguan telah ditangani dan server kembali beroperasi normal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>VI.
